This page is for reporting violations of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy on services hosted or provided by Overseas Host — not for general customer support. If you’re an Overseas Host customer needing help with your own account, please submit a support ticket from the client area instead.

What Happens After You Report

To help us investigate quickly, please provide as much of the following as you can:

The domain name, IP address, or URL involved
The type of abuse (spam, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, illegal content, DDoS, etc.)
Evidence — email headers, screenshots, links, or log excerpts
Your name and a way to reach you if we need more information

We take every abuse report seriously and investigate all submissions. Where a violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable ICANN/registry policy is confirmed, we take action — which may include content removal, account suspension, or termination, consistent with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Because of privacy obligations to our customers, we may not be able to share specific details of the actions we take in response to your report, but every report is reviewed.
